Good morning, we went to this DD this morning 8:05 a.m. 5/12/19 #226 drive thru order - ordered coffee & teas also 6 chocolate frosted donuts. We got the 6 donuts but got 3 of them with sprinkles so we asked if we could get just 3 of the plain choc frosted - the employee at the window said “I THINK we are all sold out of them” so we questioned as to whether if infact they were sold out - of course they were not - so the box of donuts were replaced with just the choc frosted - but in the meantime - we heard the manager on duty say “order right “ then threw the donut box on counter. You should not work at a place if you can’t have the proper attitude with customers. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my DD coffee but lose the attitude! Smile be happy!

I come here everyday your staff is outstanding !!!!!! they are already making my coffee when I walk in the door .they make it right and I’m a very picky person when it comes to my coffee . I have been to a lot of Dunkins and this one by far is one of the best

Always polite and I've never once had to ask them to fix my coffee. This is that rare, heavenly dunks that you rely on.

Got a cold breakfast sandwich this morning from the drive thru. It happens, no big deal. So I went in to get it fixed. The girl at the counter was nice about it and told the guy running the drive thru to make me another. A few seconds later he came around the corner glanced in my direction. Then walked through a door into the back shaking his head and used his hands to do the "mind blown" thing complete with the sound. Someone else gave me the new sandwich which was much better but this employee's poor attitude means I won't be back to this Dunkin.
